As a Human Resource Manager I am responsible for managing the routine functions of HR, implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with our overall business objectives.

What skills do you think you need to do your job?

I would say the important skills would be being proficient in working on different Human Resource integrated software effectively and efficiently, having the ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality, as well as having thorough knowledge of employment laws and policies. When you work in HR, you have to be an all-rounder.

What personal attributes or behaviours do you need to do your job?

I consider honesty and empathy as very important attributes in my professional and personal life.

How did you get to where you are today in your career?

When I started as an intern 6 years ago, I began to explore my field. With different work experiences, I wanted to learn new skills for that I did my certifications. Being curious, consistent and passionate about your work is very rewarding which led me to here at Kaizen through CCL. I am proud to be part of Kaizen and CCL, a dream place to work.
